POLICIES REGARDING THE COMMUNITY QUILTRequest for display of the Community Quilt should be made in writing sufficiently in advance of your event to assure availability and scheduling. Specifics about space to be used and number of sections of the Quilt desired should be indicated. A personal responsible for the group/event sponsors needs to sign on receipt of the segments to be borrowed. Responsibility must be assumed for the care and condition of the Quilt. The person/group/sponsor must arrange for pickup, hanging and return of the sections borrowed. Assistance may be obtained from Community Quilt volunteers if sufficient notice of such need is given. Consideration of a donation to assist in the maintenance of the Community Quilt would be greatly appreciated. -
